What is included in the Titanium 2025 trip package?
The trip includes 6 nights aboard the SeaDream Yacht with all meals and beverages, 4 nights at Il Borro Estate, business class airfare between the US and Italy, a scenic train ride from Venice to Florence, and a selection of hosted activities (3 on SeaDream and 2 at Il Borro). Most meals and beverages at Il Borro Estate are also included.
Can I customize my itinerary or excursions?
Yes! The trip offers several curated experiences, allowing you to choose up to three adventures on the SeaDream Yacht and two hosted activities at Il Borro. Options include snorkeling, historical tours, cooking classes, vineyard tours, truffle hunting, and more.
What is the dress code for this trip?
The dress code varies by location: Aboard SeaDream Yacht: Resort casual during the day and elegant evening attire for dinners. Il Borro Estate: Casual chic during the day, with smart casual or elegant attire for evening dining.
Are flights included in the package?
Yes, business class airfare between the US and Italy is included. All flights will be booked through Cadence Travel, with arrangements made in March.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, due to the exclusive nature of the program, cancellation policies apply. Cancellations made before booking air travel may be eligible for a partial refund. However, cancellations after booking air travel are non-refundable.
What are the accommodation options at Il Borro Estate?
Guests will stay in luxurious rooms and suites that blend rustic Tuscan charm with modern comforts. Personalized butler service and stunning countryside views are included.
Will there be Wi-Fi available during the trip?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available on the SeaDream Yacht, though speeds may vary at sea. High-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout Il Borro Estate.
What dining options are available?
Guests will enjoy gourmet cuisine aboard SeaDream with Mediterranean-inspired menus. At Il Borro, farm-to-table dining celebrates local Tuscan flavors with estate-produced wines.
How do I book optional activities or excursions?
Optional activities, including the pre-trip stay at the St. Regis Venice and curated experiences in Venice, can be booked by contacting rreitsma@fluidra.com. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
What is the weather like during the trip?
Expect hot, sunny days and warm nights in Venice and Croatia (80-90°F), with potential heatwaves above 95°F. In Tuscany, temperatures average 80-90°F, with slightly cooler evenings in the countryside.
